Orders - In Stock Product
Orders placed on products that are available in stock will be shipped within 2-3 business days after payment is processed and approved.
Pre-Orders - Out of Stock
Due to the way we manufacture many of our products, some are marked fully as "Out of Stock" without the possibility to place an order, while some although in stock, can't be shipped until a certain date. These products can be pre-ordered but clearly they state, right below the "Add to Bag" button, when the product will be available to ship. By placing an order on a product that would be in stock at a later date than the date you place your order, you agree your order will not be shipped until the product is released to available stock on the date specified on the listing.

Checks need to clear the bank (usually 10 business days) before your items are shipped delaying the shipping of your order. We will ship your items once we receive the confirmation from our bank that the check has cleared. This process can take from 1-2 days up to 1 week, depending on your bank institution.
Shipping:
Shipping charges are calculated online directly by USPS.com through the checkout process based on the weight of the package and destination. To calculate your shipping costs, simply add any of the items to cart and click the estimate shipping button.
Returns and Refund:
We are committed to our customer's satisfaction, however due to the nature of our products some might not be returned if they have already being used. You can return items that have not being used only. Merchandise may be returned by mail within 30 days of purchase and should be accompanied by the following:
* return authorization number,
* original receipt,
* original packaging.
If you need to return a product please contact us to request a return authorization number. We cannot accept returns without the corresponding authorization number. If you mail back a product without the proper authorization number a refund will not be granted.
Refunds will be processed based on original payment method. Return shipping fees are non-refundable.

Custom Duties and Taxes for International Orders:

Damaged Items During Shipping:
It is normal for outside boxes and envelopes to show sign of wear, however if the content was damaged, please notify us immediately and report this issue. If the outside box or envelope looks severely damaged, if possible refuse the shipment and request the driver to note all the details. Contact us immediately. We will provide you with instructions on how to process a claim with your carrier. In both cases you will receive a full refund.
