+ Can I get a sample? I've never used your products

Sure! Browse to the product you wish to try. From the drop down menu on the product's page select a sample size and add the sample to your shopping bag. Continue to checkout. Not all products are available in sample sizes.

+ I would like to sign up for your Wholesale Program, can you send me the info please?

+ Do you offer phone assistance or ordering over the phone?

No we don't. As convenient as that might seem, phone assistance and placing orders over the phone slows us down, and it gets expensive; expenses that will eventually be passed on to you.

+ There is no tracking info for my order, has my order shipped?

As frutrating as this is, packages without any tracking information are quite a normal occurrence. If you have received an email notifying you, your order has shipped (a copy of this email is located by login in to your account) and a tracking number is attached to it, rest assured your order was picked up by our mail carrier. If there is no tracking information for your package on the USPS.com website, after 7 business days, that means your order has most likely gotten lots during transit. Please contact us immediately if this is the case. Even though packages might not show any tracking information on the USPS.com website we do have records the packages are in the hands of the United States Postal Office.

+ What happened with your live chat?

We have removed the chat service on our website do to it malfunctioning and displaying "closed" while active. If you should need assistance please contact us by using the form below. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you.

+ I've emailed you requesting assistance, but never heard back from you. Can you answer my emails?

Rest assured we take every inquire seriously and answer all emails received within 24-48 hours. If you have contacted us using the form below and haven't received a reply, please check your spam inbox, as many times your replies find their way there. It also helps if you could add @byvalenti.com to your safe sender's list.

+ I manage/own a product review blog/website. Can you send me free samples to review?

As popular this marketing business model has become in recent years, we believe honesty and transparency is the key of our success. We believe an honest inbiased review that would benefit consumers is what's really important. That's why we don't provide free products or samples to any review blog. If you would like to provide your honest opinion about any of our products to your readers, please visit our website and purchase the products you would like to review.
