Shipping Policy

The Shipping Policies here established are an add-on to our Terms & Conditions.

We ship via the United States Postal Office (USPS) Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays and weekends within the United States. Shipping charges are calculated online directly by the United States Postal Service (USPS) API through the checkout process based on the weight of the package and destination of the package. We don't ship to PO Boxes. Insurance costs are mandatory and calculated separately based on the merchandise dollar amount of your order before any deductions. All orders are shipped by USPS within 3 business days of payment being received and effective if stock is available. Out of stock orders will be shipped when items become available. Worldwide shipment available. To calculate "User" shipping costs, add any of the items to cart and click the estimate shipping button. Tracking number and Delivery confirmation are provided with every shipment. Shipping charges are non-refundable costs related to your order. Under no circumstances shipping charges will be refunded either by the USPS or "By Valenti Organics".


Canada and International Shipment:

Shipping charges are based on the weight of your parcel and will be accurately displayed in the shopping cart (subject to offline verification). Please note that customs, duties, taxes, and other import fees may be imposed on shipments separately from the shipping cost by the country of destination. "By Valenti Organics" cannot and will not be responsible for these charges. We urge you the "User" to check with local authorities regarding customs, duties, taxes and import charges prior to ordering if you are not already familiar with them. Finalizing and submitting your order indicates your acceptance of any duties and taxes your country of destination may impose.


Processing Schedules:

We require 3 business days for the processing of your order. Orders placed after 5:00 PM (ET) will start processing the next business day. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the following business day.

  • Priority Mail Express - International® | 3-5 business days (delivery dates are not guaranteed)
  • Priority Mail - International® | 6-10 business days (delivery dates are not guaranteed)

Shipping Insurance:

For the protection of your package and its content, insurance charges are mandatory on every order on all delivery methods and are calculated automatically by the United States Postal Services or FedEx based on the merchandise dollar amount of your order before any deductions. For domestic orders insurance is included as a separate cost in the shopping bag, and is calculated based on the merchandise dollar amount of your order before any deductions. For international orders insurance cost is included in the shipping quote and is calculated based on the merchandise dollar amount of your order before any deductions. As established by the United States Postal Service free insurance is available on some domestic orders up to $50. Orders that qualify for this free insurance are displayed on our shopping bag at the discretion and policies of the United States Postal Office.


Signature Confirmation:

For the protection of your package, and to ensure it's received by you starting June 20th, 2017 Signature Confirmation has been added to your shipping quote. Signature Confirmation is calculated automatically by the United States Postal Services and added to your shipping quote on both domestic and international shipments. This is a mandatory charge and is a non-refundable one time cost added to all shipments.


Free Shipping:

Free Ground Shipping is available during promotional periods only. Free Ground Shipping promo details available on the Free Ground Shipping Promo page. Order's sub-totals must meet qualifying dollar value calculated on order total, excluding sales tax and discounts. Free Ground Shipping is only available for orders shipped within the Continental United States. Shipping surcharges on over-sized or extremely heavy items will still apply (these charges are displayed in the shipping subtotal of your order). All items in the order must qualify for free shipping for Free Ground Shipping to get activated.

Free Ground Shipping deliveries are shipped via USPS Retail Ground®. USPS Retail Ground® delivery dates are not guaranteed, and delays although rare can occur. USPS Retail ground® mail travels by truck and can be delayed up to 30 days due to weather conditions. We reserve the right to discontinue or remove this promotional feature at any time, for any reason, without notice. In the case Free Standard Ground Shipping promotion ends, expired promotion won't be accepted for future orders nor granted on past/previous orders.


Package Forwarding Services:

The use of third party Package Forwarding Services and addresses in the US provided by third party Package Forwarding Services to expedite the shipment of orders to countries outside of the USA is used at the "Users" sole discretion. "By Valenti Organics" is not responsible or liable for any package lost or damaged by any third party Package Forwarding Services. Any shipping & handling and insurance services paid to ship orders to the address in the United States of America provided as the destination address for and by the Package Forwarding Services company will be rendered invalid after the package is received by the Package Forwarding Services company and won't apply nor be refunded if package is lost or suffers damage while in the custody or after delivery by the Package Forwarding Services company. Once the package arrives to its destination address in the US we're not responsible for any damages or losses the package might suffer; any insurance coverage on the package will therefore be void after the package reaches its destination address in the US;  any shipping, handling and insurance costs paid upfront to By Valenti Organics to ship merchandise to the address in the US provided by the Package Forwarding Services company won't be refunded; any partial or complete loss in merchandise suffered while the package is in the custody or after package is delivered by the third party Package Forwarding Services, won't be refunded or replaced.


Orders - In Stock Product

Orders placed on products that are available in stock will be shipped within 3 business days after payment is processed and approved. Order placed after 5 pm ET weekdays will be processed the next business day.


Custom Duties and Taxes for International Orders:

Any custom duties, taxes and any other charge that the country of destination might apply are the responsibility of the customer. The shipping and handling charges do not include any custom duties that your country might impose. We do not mark packages as gifts or samples. This is an illegal practice in the US.


Damaged Items During Shipping:

It is normal for outside boxes and envelopes to show signs of wear and tear, however damaged or broken products during shipping have to be reported to the United States Postal Service. Items lost or damaged during shipping are the responsibility of the shipping company and not By Valenti Organics. You can start a claim process with your local post office, or if you prefer we can handle it on your behalf. However, by filing a claim personally you cannot request a refund from "By Valenti Organics".

If your merchandise was damaged during transit, and you would like us to handle the claim process, please request a Return Authorization Number. Take pictures of the box and content to record any damage. We will require this information during the process. Do not discard the damaged products or any packaging material. Do not mail anything back until instructed.

The United States Postal Office takes 2-3 weeks for processing claims. A replacement for the damaged product(s) will be mailed to you within 5-7 business days after receiving the approval for the claim from the United States Postal Office.


Delayed Shipping:

Delivery is the responsibility of the United States Postal Services (USPS) and not By Valenti Organics. In some cases and for many reasons, a package can take longer than expected to be delivered. Packages deemed “Undeliverable as Addressed” can have up 1-2 weeks of delay. A package can be delayed even before the package is in route to the state where the delivery address is located.


Undeliverable Packages, Deliveries to Incorrect or Outdated Addresses:

"By Valenti Organics" is not responsible for undeliverable packages. If USPS or FedEx has attempted delivery 3 times according to their policies, and they are unable to deliver to the shipping address provided, or the address is incorrect/outdated, USPS will automatically redirect the package back to the By Valenti Organics warehouse. The "User" will be responsible for all shipping charges incurred during this process.

Orders will ship to the delivery/shipping address entered during checkout. Orders paid with PayPal will ship to the Confirmed Address on the "user's" PayPal Verified account. Shipping labels will be printed using the delivery/shipping address entered during checkout, or in the case of order paid using PayPal, the Confirmed Address in the PayPal Verified account. "User" is responsible for verifying the delivery/shipping address is correct before submitting an order. If package is shipped to an outdated or incorrect address, any costs incurred during the shipping are the responsibility of the "User". A partial refund will be issued once the package is safely returned to us. We are unable to re-ship orders that are returned to us as undeliverable.
