Shipping charges are calculated automatically by the United States Postal Office (USPS.com) during checkout.All orders are shipped by USPS within 3 days of payment being received and effective. We ship worldwide.
To calculate shipping simply add any item to cart, click the "Estimate Shipping" button and enter your shipping address to get an instant quote.
Delivery confirmation is provided with every shipment.
You will receive an email with your delivery confirmation number after your package is shipped.
Returns & Refunds
We are committed to our customer’s satisfaction, however due to the nature of our products some might not be returned if they have already being used. You can return items that have not being used only. Merchandise may be returned by mail within 30 days of purchase and should be accompanied by the following:
- return authorization number,
- original receipt,
- original packaging.
If you need to return a product please Click Here to request a return authorization number. We cannot accept returns without the corresponding authorization number. If you mail back a product without the proper authorization number a refund will not be granted.
Refunds will be processed based on original payment method. Return shipping fees are non-refundable.
Items that cannot be returned or refunded:
- By Valenti Gift Cards,
- Samples and Gifts,
- Used Products,
- Individual products part of a set.
You’ll be emailed a Return Authorization Number along with instructions on what to include with your return.
