LOVE! LOVE! LOVE this cleanser!! After I bought it I left it standing in my bathroom and the next day I panicked because I thought it went bad! I reached out to their customer service and they told me that was normal in byphase (sp?) products, instructed me to shake it and see it become a milk again and it did! I love how refreshing it smells. It removes all my makeup without any irritation and it soothes my skin. Just love it!

Review: OMG! This thing melted the make-up off my face!!!!!! Waterproof mascara gone!!!!! Foundation, lipstain, eye shadow and eye liner gone!!!!!! I didn't know I could write a review! I just read it on your facebook page. So here it goes. I've been looking for a makeup remover that didn't contain toxic ingredients and that most of anything would work on my heavy makeup applications. I don't like a product I have to use with water, so products that foam or that require water to be used I really don't care for. A few months ago, reading here and there on the internet I stumbled on by valenti and after learning about their ingredients I decided to give them a try. The best decision I've ever made! I've used other by valenti products so I'm giving my reviews on the others as well. For this one I gotta say it works. This makeup removed is so easy on my skin that it even nourishes it. It takes care of my warterproof makeup in a breeze and my waterproof mascara comes off leaving no residues behind. I apply the makeup remover with a cotton ball, wipe my face and I'm done! makeup free without water. I also like how it smells, because it's not too strong or too faint, it just has the right amount of scent and I like that. I would give this product 10 stars if I could but since I can't I'll give it 5 stars. Thank you by valenti!
