Thank you for shopping with By Valenti Organics. We take great pride in our quality products and excellent value. It is important to us that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you do not absolutely love your selections, we will gladly issue a refund for the value of the merchandise we have a 14-days return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item(s) to request a return. At this time, returns and exchanges can only be accepted on orders placed within the Continental U.S. Only products that have been bought directly from us are eligible for return. If you've bought products from one of our retailers, please contact the retailer directly.

Original Shipping Charges and Return Shipping Costs are non-refundable. Pre-paid Shipping Labels are offered as a convenience to you on returned merchandise for refund only. Any shipping & handling costs to return the merchandise to us will be deducted from the refund. Offers are subject to adjustment due to returns, cancellations, and/or exchanges.

Refunds will be processed as Store Credit. NO EXCEPTIONS. If you do not have an account with us the funds will be available to you in the form of a Gift Card or e-Gift Certificate, whichever you prefer.


Damages and Issues:

 Please inspect your order upon receiving it and Contact Us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Returns/Exchanges:

Because of the nature of our products and for sanitary reasons, only unopened and unused products in its original sealed package can be returned for an exchange within 14 days of purchase. No exceptions. Items not in new or unworn/unused condition will be rejected during the sanitary inspection, and no refund/exchange will be granted.

If you need to return a product to exchange it for a different one, please Contact Us and request a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#). You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns for Exchange products are processed as new orders. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. You will be charged or refunded for the replacement merchandise should the replacement be of greater or lower value. Please allow 3-5 business days for the processing of your exchange after your returned merchandise is received in our warehouse.

For your convenience an optional pre-paid return label can be provided on all domestic orders upon request. When you choose our pre-paid return label option, we will deduct the full amount for the return shipping & handling costs from your refund.

In the case a refund needs to be issued, the refund will be issued as store credit. Items purchased with any Reward Point, Gift Certificates or Gift Cards or offer codes may result in an adjusted refund amount. Gift Cards, Gift Certificates and offers will not be reissued or re-credited for returns.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

  • Daily deal vouchers such as Groupon,
  • Samples,
  • Used products or products that have been opened,
  • Sale items,
  • Limited edition products,
  • Individual products part of a set.
