The Shipping Policies here established are part of our Terms of Service.

We ship via the United States Postal Office (USPS), UPS, and DHL (for international orders only) Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, federal holidays and weekends.


Free Shipping:

Free Standard Shipping available on qualified orders over $99 within the Continental United States including Alaska.

Free Shipping is calculated on order's Total after all discounts, coupons or rewards have been applied. For Free Shipping to be granted, Free Shipping must be selected during checkout. If a different shipping option is selected, the order does not qualify for Free Shipping and Free Shipping will not be granted.

Free Shipping deliveries are shipped via USPS Retail Ground® or UPS Ground. Delivery dates are not guaranteed, and delays although rare can occur.

Free Shipping cannot be combined with other discounts, coupons, other promos, or other offers, unless otherwise stated in the promo.

Free Shipping not available for Wholesale or Drop Shipping accounts.


Shipping Rates:

We offer regular shipping rates as additional options during checkout, which are calculated in real time based on the weight and destination of the package, by the United States Postal Service (USPS) API, UPS API, DHL API and FedEx API.

Shipping rates displayed during checkout are calculated based on the weight, dimensions and destination of the parcel and will be accurately displayed in the shopping cart (subject to offline verification).

International shipping rates do not contain any additional fees the country of destination may impose on your parcel.


Package Tracking:

Tracking number and Delivery confirmation is provided with all shipments via email, and in your account.

Customs and Additional Fees on International Orders:

When ordering from byvalenti.com, you're responsible for assuring the product(s) can be lawfully imported to the destination country. The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.

International shipping charges are based on the weight, dimensions and destination of the parcel and will be accurately displayed in the shopping cart (subject to offline verification). These charges do not contain any additional fees the country of destination may impose on your parcel.

Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, brokerage and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment is subject and the responsible party of such import taxes, customs duties, brokerage and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; Manuela Valenti LLC dba By Valenti Organics has no control over these charges, is not responsible for these charges and nor can we predict what they may be.  

Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information before placing an order from us. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. 

Finalizing and submitting your order indicates your acceptance of any import taxes, customs duties, brokerage and fees levied by the destination country on your parcel. By Valenti Organics is not responsible for lost packages once they have left the USA.

Customs offices in some countries may require the importer of record to provide identification before releasing the shipment. 

Declining the delivery of the parcel, will incur in additional fees which will be the responsibility of the importer of record. These fees will be discounted from any refunds.

Parcels will not be marked as "gifts" for the whole purpose of avoiding import taxes, customs duties, brokerage and fees levied by the destination country.

 

Processing Time:

Orders placed after 3:00 PM (ET) will begin processing on the next business day. Orders received on Saturday, Sunday or Holidays will begin processing on the following available business day. Days required for order processing vary according to the season and are displayed during checkout.


Shipping Insurance:

For the protection of your package and its content, insurance charges are mandatory on every order on all delivery methods and are added automatically to all shipping quotes during checkout, based on the merchandise dollar amount of the order before any deductions. For domestic and international orders insurance cost is included in the shipping quote provided during checkout.



Package Forwarding Services:

The use of third party Package Forwarding Services and addresses in the US provided by third party Package Forwarding Services to expedite the shipment of orders to countries outside of the USA is used at Your sole discretion. By Valenti Organics is not responsible or liable for any package lost or damaged by any third party Package Forwarding Services. Any shipping & handling and insurance services paid to ship orders to the address in the United States of America provided as the destination address for and by the Package Forwarding Services company will be rendered invalid after the package is received by the Package Forwarding Services company and won't apply nor be refunded if package is lost or suffers damage while in the custody or after delivery by the Package Forwarding Services company. Once the package arrives to its destination address in the US we're not responsible for any damages or losses the package might suffer; any insurance coverage on the package will therefore be void after the package reaches its destination address in the US;  any shipping, handling and insurance costs paid upfront to By Valenti Organics to ship merchandise to the address in the US provided by the Package Forwarding Services company won't be refunded; any partial or complete loss in merchandise suffered while the package is in the custody or after package is delivered by the third party Package Forwarding Services, won't be refunded or replaced.


Out of Stock Products

Orders containing out-of-stock products will be placed on hold until product(s) becomes available or in-stock.


Lost Orders:

By Valenti Organics is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked "Delivered" by the carrier.


Damaged Items During Shipping:

It is normal for outside boxes and envelopes to show signs of wear and tear, however damaged or broken products during shipping have to be reported to the United States Postal Service. Items lost or damaged during shipping are the responsibility of the shipping company and not By Valenti Organics. You can start a claim process with your local post office, or if you prefer we can handle it on your behalf. However, by filing a claim personally with your post office you cannot request a refund from By Valenti Organics.

If your merchandise was damaged during transit, and you would like us to handle the claim process, please head over a Refund Policy page for instructions on how to request a refund or replacement for your damaged merchandise.


Delayed Shipping:

Delivery is the responsibility of the third party companies in charge of shipping and not By Valenti Organics. In some cases and for many reasons, a package can take longer than expected to be processed and delivered by any of our third party delivery companies. Packages deemed “Undeliverable as Addressed” can have up 1-2 weeks of delay. A package can be delayed even before the package is in route to the state where the delivery address is located.

In most cases, the expected delivery date printed on your receipt or provided at checkout will reflect a delivery time of 1, 2, 3 or more business business days and is based on origin, destination, and drop-off time. The expected delivery date does not come with a money-back guarantee. Partial or full refunds on the basis of delayed shipping or delayed delivery dates will not be granted.


Undeliverable Packages, Deliveries to Incorrect or Outdated Addresses:

Orders will ship to the delivery/shipping address entered during checkout. If package is shipped to an outdated or incorrect address, any costs incurred during the shipping are the responsibility of the "User". By Valenti Organics is not responsible for undeliverable packages. If our third party shipping provider has attempted delivery 3 times according to their policies, and they are unable to deliver to the shipping address you've provided, or the address is incorrect/outdated, the third party shipping provider will automatically redirect the package back to the By Valenti Organics' warehouse. The "User" will be responsible for all shipping charges incurred during this process.
