is located by login in to your account) and a tracking number is attached to it, rest assured your order was picked up by our mail carrier. If there is no
tracking information for your package on the USPS.com website, after 7 business days, that means your order has most likely gotten lots during transit.
Please contact us immediately if this is the case. Even though packages might not show any tracking information on the USPS.com website we do have
records the packages are in the hands of the United States Postal Office.
