Bath: Add a few drops of oil to a bathtub filled with warm water. Soak for 15-20 minutes.
Massage: Apply a small amount of oil on the palm of your hands. Massage as usual.
Body: Fabulous to keep the skin soft and moisturized all day long. Body oils are best applied on fully wet skin or after a shower. Massage oil for a few minutes. Pat dry to remove excess oil and leftover water. Can be applied on dry skin for a natural glow.
Hair: To revitalize and combat frizzy hair. As a wash-off conditioner apply a small amount of oil on dry hair before shampooing and leave on for 15-30 minutes. Shampoo as usual. As a leave-on conditioner, rub a few drops of oil on dry or wet hair where needed, a little goes a long way. Brush hair to evenly combine. Style or blow-dry as usual.
