We offer a 14-day return policy, on most orders, which means you have 14-days after receiving your item to request a return. Products part of a subscription cannot be returned, no exceptions.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition it was received, unopened, unworn and unused, with tags, sealed and in its original packaging. Items that have been opened, worn or used will not be accepted and refunds will not be granted.
At this time returns and exchanges can only be accepted on orders placed within the Continental U.S. Only products that have been bought directly from us are eligible for return. If you've bought products from one of our retailers, please contact the retailer directly.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. Offers are subject to adjustment due to returns, cancellations, and/or exchanges. A restocking fee of 10% applies to all returned merchandise.
To start a return, please CONTACT US. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products (special orders or personalized items), and all personal care goods (such as beauty products) that have been used/opened. Items that have been opened, worn and used will not be accepted. Please CONTACT US if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and CONTACT US immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges:
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Your item must be in the same condition it was received, unworn, unopened and unused, with tags, sealed and in its original packaging. Items that have been opened, worn or used will not be accepted and refunds will not be granted. Because of the nature of our beauty products and for sanitary reasons, only unopened and unused products in its original sealed package can be returned. No exceptions. Items not in new or unworn/unused condition will be rejected during the sanitary inspection, and no refund will be granted.
International Orders
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped outside the United States of America, you have the right to cancel your order within 3-days of placing the order, for any reason and without a justification. Once your order has shipped, we cannot accept order cancellations, and we will not accept returns.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 3 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded the cost of the merchandise minus the shipping label on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please CONTACT US.
Items that cannot be returned
- Gift cards,
- E-gift certificates,
- Daily deal vouchers such as Groupon,
- Samples,
- Used products or products that have been opened,
- Sale items,
- Limited edition products,
- Individual products part of a set.
- Subscription products.
