BVO Rewards

By Valenti Organics, a Manuela Valenti, LLC company (“By Valenti”), provides the following Rewards Points Terms & Conditions (“Rewards Terms”), which apply to all visitors and users of this website (www.byvalenti.com) (“Website”) enrolled in the BVO Rewards Points Program (“BVO Rewards Program”).

We may refer to “By Valenti” as “we”, “us”, or “our” throughout these Rewards Terms. We may refer to the program participant as “you”, “your”, “buyer”, “client”, “member”, or “customer”.

By using the Website, creating an account, and participating in the BVO Rewards Program, you accept these Rewards Terms. These Rewards Terms form an addendum to the Website’s general Terms & Conditions (“Terms”).

1. Program Membership and Eligibility

The BVO Rewards Program is open only to individuals who are 18 years of age or older at the time of registration, reside in a jurisdiction permitting such participation, and do not represent a company or other legal entity.

Creating an account on the Website automatically enrolls you in the BVO Rewards Program. By enrolling, you confirm that you meet the eligibility requirements and agree to abide by these Rewards Terms.

You may request removal from the BVO Rewards Program at any time. Removal becomes effective within 24–48 hours. Upon removal, all accumulated BVO Reward Points are forfeited.

Membership and benefits are offered at the sole discretion of By Valenti. We reserve the right to cancel, terminate, suspend, limit, or modify the BVO Rewards Program or any of its components at any time, without notice. Continued participation after any modification constitutes acceptance of the amended Rewards Terms.

The BVO Rewards Program allows members to earn points (“BVO Reward Points”) that may be redeemed exclusively online at the Website for reward credits applied toward future purchases.

2. Account Limitations

Only one BVO Rewards Program account may be associated with a single email address and physical address. Creating multiple accounts with alternate email addresses linked to the same physical address is prohibited and may result in termination of all related accounts and forfeiture of accumulated points.

Any attempt to earn points through improper means—including, but not limited to, automation, bots, scripts, data mining, falsified identities, or impersonation of By Valenti personnel—may result in suspension or termination of your membership. Upon termination for any reason, all accumulated BVO Reward Points are forfeited.

Members may view their current point balance by logging in to their account on the Website.

3. Minimum Order Amount

Minimum order amounts apply when redeeming points for reward credits:

• 800 points earn a $15 Reward Credit applicable to orders of $150 or more.
• 1500 points earn a $33 Reward Credit applicable to orders of $300 or more.
• 2500 points earn a $54 Reward Credit applicable to orders of $450 or more.

4. Reward Points

Beginning January 1, 2026, all BVO Reward Points expire on December 31 of each calendar year. Expired points cannot be reinstated, transferred, refunded, or redeemed for cash.

• Reward Points are not valid toward sales tax or shipping charges.
• Reward Points cannot be reused, transferred to another account, added to gift cards, or exchanged for cash value.
• Reward Points will be deducted for merchandise returns or reversed transactions originally paid using points.
• Reward Points and Reward Credits may be combined with free shipping and with any free gift automatically offered during checkout.
• Reward Points and Reward Credits cannot be combined with VIP Primarius benefits. The two programs operate independently and cannot be stacked.

Additional Reward Points may be offered through promotional events, including double-points promotions and other campaigns ("Reward Offers").

Reward Points have no cash value and may only be earned and redeemed online through the Website.

5. How to Earn BVO Reward Points

You earn 1 BVO Reward Point for every $1 spent on eligible purchases made at the Website. Points are awarded based on the subtotal before tax and shipping.

6. How to Redeem BVO Reward Points

BVO Reward Points may be redeemed exclusively online at the Website as reward credits according to the following structure:

• 800 points → $15 Reward Credit (orders $150+)
• 1500 points → $33 Reward Credit (orders $300+)
• 2500 points → $54 Reward Credit (orders $450+)

Reward Credits may only be applied to future purchases made online at the Website. They cannot be transferred, refunded, combined with gift cards, exchanged, or redeemed for cash.

• Reward Credits are not valid toward sales tax or shipping charges.
• Reward Credits may be used together with free shipping and free gifts available at checkout.
• Reward Credits cannot be used with VIP Primarius benefits.
• Reward Points redeemed for a purchase will be reversed if the corresponding transaction is returned or cancelled.

7. Limitation of Liability and Indemnification

By Valenti, its affiliates, and their officers, directors, employees, and agents (“Third Parties”) make no express or implied warranties related to the BVO Rewards Program, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

By participating in the BVO Rewards Program, you agree to indemnify, release, and hold harmless the Third Parties from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, or expenses—including attorney’s fees—arising out of or related to your participation in the program.

These Rewards Terms may be updated periodically. The date of the most recent revision appears at the top of the document. Continued participation after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
