When does my membership start?

Your By Valenti® Primarius VIP membership starts immediately after purchase.
How long will my membership last?

Your By Valenti® Primarius VIP membership will run for a year from the date it was purchased, and will auto renew on the same day it was purchased unless you cancel your membership.
Can I cancel my membership?

You can cancel at any time. Your membership will expire the day before it's set to renew.

For example, if you cancel your membership 6 months prior its autorenewal, your membership will continue to be active until the day before its autorenewal.
If I cancel my membership, would I receive a refund?

No. Partial refunds will not be issued. Your membership privileges will continue until its expiration date.

How would I renew my membership?

Your membership will autorenew automatically. If your membership was purchased on February 10, 2025, it will auto renew on February 10, 2026.
My credit card expired will I loose my membership if it can't be auto renewed?

If your credit card is about to expire, login to your account and update your credit card to ensure your membership can be renewed.
How do I cancel my membership?

Login to your account, locate your membership and follow the instructions to cancel your membership.
My membership didn't renew. My credit card expired and I forgot to update the info in my account. Now what?

If your membership expired, simply purchase a new membership.
Can I combine my Primarius Membership with your Rewards Program?

No, both program run separately and cannot be combined. Their benefits cannot be stacked.
