BVO Rewards Program Terms & Conditions

By Valenti Organics, a Manuela Valenti, LLC company ("By Valenti Organics"), provides the following Rewards Points Terms & Conditions "Rewards Terms" which apply to all visitors and users of this website http://www.byvalenti.com (collectively the "Website") and enrolled in the BVO Reward Points Program ("BVO Rewards Program") which enters into effect on April 21, 2018. We may refer to our brands and business as "we", "us" or "our" through the "Rewards Terms". We may refer to "User" as "you", "yours", "buyer", "client", "member" or "customer". By using the "Website", creating an account and enrolling in the "BVO Reward Points",  "User" accepts these "Reward Terms". These "Reward Terms"  are an addendum to the "Terms" (Terms & Conditions).

Program Membership and Eligibility

"BVO Rewards Program" is only open to individuals with a registered account at the "Website" who are 18 years of age or older at the time of registration and do not represent a corporation or other entity. By registering an account "User" is automatically enrolled in the "BVO Rewards Program", "User" hereby agrees to these "Rewards Terms" and warrants that "User" meets the entry and eligibility requirements. You have the right to request be removed from the "BVO Rewards Program" at any time and for any reason. Requesting to be removed from "BVO Rewards Program" will be granted and effective within 24-48 hours. By requesting a removal from "BVO Rewards Program", "User" forfeits accumulated "BVO Reward Points". "BVO Rewards Program" offers customers the benefit of earning points "BVO Reward Points" that can be used online exclusively at the "Website" to pay for future purchases.

Membership in "BVO Rewards Program" and its benefits are offered at the absolute discretion of "By Valenti Organics". "By Valenti Organics"  reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, limit or suspend its "BVO Rewards Program" to anyone, for any reason at any time without notice. "By Valenti Organics" may at any time and for any reason change any of the rules, regulations, benefits or conditions of participation to the "Rewards Terms" at any time without notice. Your continued participation in the "BVO Rewards Program" after it's been modified, altered or changed constitute your acceptance of these "Rewards Terms" as amended.

Account Limitations

Only one "BVO Rewards Program" account may be associated with a single email address and/or physical address. A user may only register a single email address. Multiple accounts registered with multiple email addresses with the same physical address will be cause for the termination of all accounts and/or discount of 100 BVO Reward Points earned as a gift at the opening of the account(s).

Any attempt at earning "BVO Reward Points" by any other means including without limitations, by using a script, bot, data mine, or other automated o manual means or under false pretenses or impersonates any person or entity, including an employee or representative of "By Valenti Organics" or its affiliates, will be cause for cancellation or suspension of the member's account. Upon termination of membership for any reason, all "BVO Reward Points" will be forfeited.

Members can check their "BVO Reward Points" balance by logging into their accounts on the "Website".

Minimum Order Amount

A minimum order of $50 is required to use your "BVO Reward Points".

Reward Points

"BVO Reward Points" do not expire and will be in your account for as long as the account is active or until they're used. "Reward Points" cannot be re-used or transferred, refunded or redeemed for cash. "BVO Reward Points" are not valid towards sales tax or shipping charges and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. "BVO Reward Points" cannot be combined with discount coupons. "BVO Reward Points" can only be used by the recipient. "BVO Reward Points" will be deducted based on the dollar value on returns and reversed transactions paid with "BVO Reward Points". Additional "BVO Reward Points" can be earned by members through promotional opportunities like double points sales and other promotions "Reward Offers".

"BVO Reward Points" are provided at the discretion of "By Valenti Organics". "BVO Reward Points" have no cash value, are not valid and can only be earned at the "Website" and used exclusively online at the "Website" in exchange for limited discounts on products offered at the "Website".

How to Earn "BVO Reward Points":

• "User" receives 100 BVO Reward Points just for signing up for an account at the "Website".
• "User" earns 1 BVO Reward Point for every $1 spent at the "Website".
• "User" earns 10 BVO Reward Points for following us on Instagram.
• "User" earns 10 BVO Reward Points for following us on Facebook.
• "User" earns 10 BVO Reward Points for following us on Twitter.
• "User" earns 10 BVO Reward Points for following us on Pinterest.
• "User" earns 10 BVO Reward Points for following us on TikTok.
• "User" earns Double BVO Reward Points for shopping during promotional periods only.
• Refer a friend and earn 50 BVO Reward Points after they make their first $100 valid purchase + Your friend receives a $10 Discount Coupon to use on their next purchase over $100.*

How to Redeem "BVO Reward Points":

"BVO Reward Points" can be redeemed exclusively online at the "Website" (www.byvalenti.com) at a value of 5% Cash Back (100 BVO Reward Points = $5). Dollar value of "BVO Reward Points" namely "Cash Back" can only be used to pay for future purchases online at the "Website" and cannot be transferred, refunded, added to a gift card, or redeemed for cash. "BVO Reward Points" are not valid towards sales tax or shipping charges and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. "BVO Reward Points" cannot be combined with discount coupons. "BVO Reward Points" will be deducted based on the dollar value on returns and reversed transactions paid with "BVO Reward Points".

"By Valenti Organics", its affiliates and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents "Third Parties" make no warranty, whether express or implied, in relation to the "BVO Rewards Program", including, but not limited to, any warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose with respect to "By Valenti Organics" products, merchandise, the "Website" or "BVO Rewards Program".

By participating in "BVO's Rewards Program", member hereby forever indemnifies and releases the "Third Parties" from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities and expenses, including, without limitation, attorney's fees, relating to that member's participation in the "BVO Rewards Program".
