The Shipping Policies here established are part of our Terms of Service.
Domestic (U.S.) Shipping:
We ship all orders from Michigan within 2–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing time is additional to transit time.
Free Shipping
- Free Standard Shipping is available on all U.S. orders of $100 USD or more (after discounts and before taxes).
- During special promotional periods, free shipping may be offered on all U.S. orders regardless of order value.
- Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS. Delivery times vary by location and carrier, and while typically reliable, delays can occur. Delivery dates are not guaranteed.
- Free Standard Shipping is not available for wholesale or drop-shipping accounts.
Flat Rate Shipping
- A flat-rate fee of $7.95 USD applies to orders under $100 USD.
- Customers may select expedited options such as USPS Priority, USPS Express, UPS 2nd Day Air, or others during checkout for an additional cost.
Order Tracking
A tracking number and delivery confirmation are provided for all shipments via email and through your account.
Insurance
For the protection of your order, shipment insurance is mandatory and included in the shipping quote at checkout. Insurance is automatically calculated based on the merchandise value before any discounts and applies to both domestic and international orders.
International Shipping:
We ship all international orders from Michigan within 3–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing time is additional to transit time.
Shipping Rates and Free Shipping
- Free International Shipping is available on orders of $250 USD or more.
- Orders under $250 USD ship with a flat rate of $35 USD.
- Free shipping is not available for wholesale or drop-shipping accounts.
- All international shipments are handled and shipped by DHL Express Worldwide with Delivery Duty Paid (DDP).
- Delivery times vary by destination and carrier, and while typically reliable, occasional delays may occur.
Delivered Duty Paid (DDP)
All international orders are shipped under Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) terms. This means customs duties, taxes, and import fees are calculated and prepaid at checkout — you won’t need to pay anything additional upon delivery. DHL manages all import documentation and customs clearance on your behalf to ensure a seamless delivery process.
Prices are displayed in your local currency, converted from USD at the daily exchange rate.
Tracking and Insurance

Delivery and Returns
We make every effort to ensure timely delivery of your order. All international sales are final and not eligible for return, refund, or exchange, except when an incorrect item was shipped or merchandise arrived damaged (with proof).
If a parcel is refused, unclaimed, or returned due to incorrect shipping information or failure to accept delivery, all associated return shipping, customs, and handling fees will be deducted from any refund issued.
No refunds will be provided for customs delays, import holds, or delivery refusals beyond our control.
Orders will not be marked as “gifts” or undervalued to avoid customs fees, in compliance with international trade regulations.

Package Forwarding Services:
The use of third party Package Forwarding Services and addresses in the US provided by third party Package Forwarding Services to expedite the shipment of orders to countries outside of the USA is used at Your sole discretion. By Valenti is not responsible or liable for any package lost or damaged by any third party Package Forwarding Services.
Any shipping & handling and insurance services paid to ship orders to the address in the United States of America provided as the destination address for and by the Package Forwarding Services company will be rendered invalid after the package is received by the Package Forwarding Services company and won't apply nor be refunded if package is lost or suffers damage while in the custody or after delivery by the Package Forwarding Services company.
Once the package arrives to its destination address in the US we're not responsible for any damages or losses the package might suffer; any insurance coverage on the package will therefore be void after the package reaches its destination address in the US; any shipping, handling and insurance costs paid upfront to By Valenti to ship merchandise to the address in the US provided by the Package Forwarding Services company won't be refunded; any partial or complete loss in merchandise suffered while the package is in the custody or after package is delivered by the third party Package Forwarding Services, won't be refunded or replaced.
Lost Orders:
By Valenti Organics is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked "Delivered" by the carrier.
Damaged Items During Shipping:
It is normal for outside boxes and envelopes to show signs of wear and tear, however damaged or broken products during shipping have to be reported to the United States Postal Service. Items lost or damaged during shipping are the responsibility of the shipping company and not By Valenti. You can start a claim process with your local post office, or if you prefer we can handle it on your behalf. However, by filing a claim personally with your post office you cannot request a refund from By Valenti.
If your merchandise was damaged during transit, and you would like us to handle the claim process, please head over a Refund Policy page for instructions on how to request a refund or replacement for your damaged merchandise.
Delayed Shipping:
Delivery is the responsibility of the third party companies in charge of shipping and not By Valenti. In some cases and for many reasons, a package can take longer than expected to be processed and delivered by any of our third party delivery companies. Packages deemed “Undeliverable as Addressed” can have up 1-2 weeks of delay. A package can be delayed even before the package is in route to the state where the delivery address is located.
In most cases, the expected delivery date printed on your receipt or provided at checkout will reflect a delivery time of 1, 2, 3 or more business business days and is based on origin, destination, and drop-off time. The expected delivery date does not come with a money-back guarantee. Partial or full refunds on the basis of delayed shipping or delayed delivery dates will not be granted.
Undeliverable Packages, Deliveries to Incorrect or Outdated Addresses:
Orders will ship to the delivery/shipping address entered during checkout. If package is shipped to an outdated or incorrect address, any costs incurred during the shipping are the responsibility of the "User". By Valenti is not responsible for undeliverable packages. If our third party shipping provider has attempted delivery 3 times according to their policies, and they are unable to deliver to the shipping address you've provided, or the address is incorrect/outdated, the third party shipping provider will automatically redirect the package back to the By Valenti's warehouse. The "User" will be responsible for all shipping charges incurred during this process.
