We do not sell our products in retail stores such as Sephora, Credo Beauty, Walmart, Ulta, Target, Eroski, El Corte Inglés, spas or any other third-party retailers, and we do not have a physical store in Rome, Italy.
Do you have a retail location in Rome, Italy?

No, we do not have a retail location in Rome. A store operating at Via del Boschetto 134, 00184 Roma (RM) under the name "By Valenti" is doing so illegally and without our authorization, violating our EU trademark. The unauthorized individual behind this store is not affiliated with our brand or family although has publicly and falsely claimed to be our founder.

Despite our attempts since 2013 to resolve this amicably, legal proceedings were initiated in 2024. We have successfully taken down several infringing social media accounts and the fraudulent website byvalentiofficial.com, through trademark claims. We're now in the process of recovering the domain.

By Valenti® was founded in 2006 and legally established in 2007 by Manuela Valenti, an Italian-American entrepreneur, artist, and businesswoman, in the state of Michigan, USA.
Is byvalentiofficial.com an official By Valenti® website?

No. This domain was illegally registered by an unaffiliated individual in Rome attempting to exploit our trademark through a silent brand takeover. Our legal team has taken action, and the site has been taken down. We are actively working to recover the company which was registered under our brand name without our authorization, recover the domain and pursue further legal measures for trademark infringement.
Would you ever offer your products through Sephora, Ulta, or El Corte Inglés?

Not at this time. By Valenti® currently follows a successful direct-to-consumer model and does not retail through Sephora, Ulta, El Corte Inglés, or similar platforms.

While we’re open to considering such partnerships in the future, any collaboration would need to align with our strict standards for ingredient transparency, product integrity, and the level of customer service our clients expect and deserve.

No. While we explored a potential partnership with Credo Beauty in the past, we ultimately chose not to proceed due to discrepancies between their stated standards and the actual products they allow on their platform.

We are aware that certain products sold through retailers like Credo have been shown — through independent testing — to contain ingredients not disclosed or misrepresented. This raises concerns about oversight and enforcement of their own ingredient policies.

Do you sell your products in Venezuela? I encountered two women claiming to be the original By Valenti on social media.
