Subscription & Cancellation Policy

Some items in our store may be offered to you as a product subscription ordering, a pre-order or try before you buy. The policies laid out here establish the conditions for these services. 

This policy is an addendum to our Terms of Service.

Product Subscription Orders

When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select. To ensure clarity and satisfaction with our subscription service, please review the following policy:

  1. Cancellation Policy: Subscriptions may be canceled at any time and for any reason. Your order confirmation emails have links to your order. You can manage your subscription from there. However, if a subscription is canceled after the subscription order has already been shipped, we cannot offer a refund. To avoid being charged for the next shipment, subscriptions must be canceled at least 7 business days before the next scheduled shipment.
  2. Refund Policy: We do not offer refunds on subscription orders. If you receive a defective item, it can be returned and exchanged for an identical item. Please contact our customer service to facilitate this process. See our Returns Policy for more info.
  3. Automatic Renewal: All subscriptions renew automatically. If you wish to discontinue your subscription, it is your responsibility to cancel it before the next billing cycle.
  4. Subscription Payments: Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries, unless you choose to pay in advance. Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you don't want to renew a subscription you can cancel it at any time and for any reason. If a subscription charge attempt fails, we will make a second attempt. If the second attempt fails, the subscription will be automatically canceled, and no products will be shipped. Customers wishing to continue their subscription after cancellation due to payment issues will need to subscribe again.

Additional Terms:

  • Shipping Schedule: Subscribers will be notified of their next scheduled shipment at least 15 business days in advance, providing ample time to make any necessary adjustments to their subscription. For more information please visit our Shipping Policy page.
  • Product Changes: We reserve the right to substitute a soap of equal or greater value in the event of stock shortages. Subscribers will be notified of any changes in their upcoming shipment.
  • Account Management: Subscribers are responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date shipping and billing information. By Valenti Organics is not responsible for errors due to outdated information.
  • Privacy: Subscriber information is kept confidential and secure according to our privacy policy. We value your trust and prioritize the security of your personal information. For more information please visit our Privacy Policy page.

Pre-orders

When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. We may collect no payment or a partial deposit at checkout, store your payment method, then fulfill and charge the full or remaining payment at a future date.

You can cancel a partially paid pre-order order that has not yet been fulfilled. If the order has been fulfilled, then you can't cancel the order, but you can request a full or partial refund. See our returns policy for more details on returns and refunds.

Try before you buy

We currently do not offer Try before you buy. You can instead purchase a small Mini version of the product to try it out before committing to a larger size.
