Rooted in traditional Italian cosmetology, and crafted in the United States, our products reflect a commitment to simplicity, honesty, ingredient integrity, and real results. Every formulation combines time-honored botanicals with minimal, carefully selected ingredients and actives — always prioritizing skin health and well-being over industry trends.
Sustainability is at the core of everything we do. We use refillable glass containers, compostable paper, and minimal packaging to ensure our products are as gentle on the earth as they are on the skin. All bottles and jars can be sent back to our facility to be cleaned, sterilized and refilled, ensuring nothing gets discarded. Toppers such as droppers, sprayers and pumps, although recyclable, have been designed to be reused for up to four years before responsible disposal. We do not use recycled plastic or metal tubes, preventing potential chemical leaching and preserving the purity of our formulations.

Who is eligible?
The program is open to creators and influencers aged 18 or older with an active, public account on Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, or Facebook, who align with By Valenti’s brand values.
How do I apply to become an affiliate?
Complete the application form on our affiliate program page. All applications are reviewed, and you will be notified if approved.
Is there a minimum follower count required to apply?
While there is no strict minimum for joining the affiliate program, we typically require at least 1,000 real followers on your primary platform to be considered for PR package eligibility. We also prioritize creators with strong engagement and content quality that aligns with our brand. Approval for PR packages is selective and based on overall fit.
Accounts with a large follower count or bot accounts will not be considered for our program.
What kind of content do you expect from affiliates?
We look for original, high-quality, polished content that is honest and consistent with By Valenti’s minimalist, sustainable, and science-backed aesthetic.

Can I get a PR package as an affiliate?
Select affiliates may be invited to receive a PR package. To prevent misuse, you must purchase the PR box first; the cost will be refunded once you publish the required content and submit links within 21 days.
What content is required to qualify for a PR package refund?
You must publish at minimum:
- 1 Instagram Reel or TikTok video featuring the product in use, or unboxing the PR box, posted to your main feed tagging @byvalenti and #byvalenti.
- 2 Instagram Stories tagging @byvalenti and #byvalenti, and including your affiliate link, on separate days.
- Content must include proper affiliate disclosure and be public.
What commission rate do you offer?
Affiliates earn between 7% and 15% commission on net sales (excluding tax, shipping, and fees) generated via their affiliate link.
I don’t work for free or on commission. Who can I contact?
Our affiliate program is designed for creators who genuinely love our brand and are interested in commission-based partnerships. At this time, we are not offering paid collaborations or sponsored posts outside of our affiliate structure.
Why do I have to pay for the PR package?
The purchase will be refunded once you have posted the minimum required content, as outlined in our Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions below. This policy is in place to prevent enrollment solely for the purpose of obtaining free PR packages without content delivery.
When will I be refunded for the PR package I purchased?
Once you've completed the minimum requirements within the specified time frame disclosed in our terms & conditions, your refund will be added to your earnings.
When and how are commissions paid?
Commissions are paid monthly, following a 40-60 day validation period to account for returns and refunds. You must reach a $50 minimum threshold to receive a payout, which is made via PayPal.
Are there any sales or types of traffic that are not eligible for commission?
Sales generated via unauthorized paid search/PPC, coupon/discount sites, spam, or brand name bidding are not eligible for commission. Only tracked, completed, and non-refunded sales qualify.
Can I use my affiliate link in paid ads or on coupon sites?
No. Paid search campaigns (including Google, Bing, Yahoo, and social ads), coupon sites, and use of By Valenti trademarks in ads are strictly prohibited.
How do I track my sales and commissions?
All tracking is managed through the BixGrow affiliate dashboard. Use only the links generated in your dashboard to ensure accurate tracking and payment.
Can I modify my affiliate links?
No. Modifying links outside of the BixGrow dashboard may result in lost tracking and forfeited commissions.
You do have the option to generate custom links within the BixGrow dashboard to suit your needs.
What happens if I do not meet the minimum content requirement for a PR package refund?
If the required content is not posted within the specified timeframe, your PR package purchase will not be refunded, and your affiliate status may be reviewed.
Can I resell By Valenti products or gift cards?
No. Resale of By Valenti products and gift cards is strictly prohibited and will result in removal from the program.
What if I want to leave the program?
You may terminate your participation at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, remove all affiliate links and By Valenti assets from your channels.
