1. Sponsor
The By Valenti $250 Product Review Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is sponsored by Manuela Valenti LLC, doing business as By Valenti Organics, Michigan, USA (“Sponsor”).
2. Eligibility
- Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia, aged 18 or older.
- Employees of Sponsor and their immediate family members are excluded.
- Void where prohibited by law.
3. Giveaway Period
The Giveaway begins on October 1, 2026, at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time and ends on October 15, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time.
4. How to Enter
- Submit an original written review of a By Valenti product you have personally used during the Giveaway Period.
- Products purchased or received as gifts qualify.
- No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Making a purchase does not increase the chances of winning.
- Each eligible product review constitutes one entry. Participants may submit reviews for multiple By Valenti products they have personally used, with a maximum of one eligible review per product. Each qualifying review provides one entry into the Giveaway.
- Multiple reviews of the same product by the same participant will not generate additional entries.
5. Prize
- One (1) winner will receive one $250 USD By Valenti eGift Card.
- The eGift Card may be used toward eligible merchandise available at byvalenti.com, excluding the purchase of gift cards.
- The eGift Card is non-transferable, has no cash value, and cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash, except where required by applicable law.
- Any unused balance will remain available on the eGift Card for future eligible purchases, subject to the terms applicable to By Valenti gift cards and applicable law.
- No payment is required to receive the prize.
6. Winner Selection
- One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.
- The drawing will take place on October 20th, 2026 at 5:00pm ET.
- The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
7. Winner Notification
The selected winner will be notified by email and must respond within seven calendar days. If the winner does not respond within that period or is determined to be ineligible, an alternate winner may be selected at random.
8. Review Requirements
- Reviews must be original and reflect the participant’s genuine experience using the product.
- All opinions and ratings are welcome. Review content and ratings do not influence the drawing.
- Fraudulent, duplicate or fabricated reviews are ineligible.
- Reviews submitted in connection with this Giveaway must include any incentive disclosures required by applicable law.
9. Privacy
Personal information collected for the Giveaway will be used to administer the promotion, verify eligibility and contact the selected winner, in accordance with the By Valenti Organics Privacy Policy.
Participation does not require subscribing to marketing communications.
10. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify fraudulent entries or suspend the Giveaway if technical problems, fraud or circumstances beyond its reasonable control materially compromise its administration, subject to applicable law.
11. Platform Disclaimer
This Giveaway is sponsored and administered solely by Manuela Valenti LLC, d/b/a By Valenti Organics, and is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by Shopify, Judge.me, Google or Meta.
12. Governing Law
These rules are governed by applicable federal law and Michigan law, subject to mandatory protections in other applicable jurisdictions.
