BVO Rewards Program Terms & Conditions

By Valenti Organics, a Manuela Valenti, LLC company (“By Valenti”), provides the following Rewards Points Terms & Conditions (“Rewards Terms”), which apply to all visitors and users of this website (www.byvalenti.com) (“Website”) enrolled in the BVO Rewards Program.

We may refer to “By Valenti” as “we”, “us”, or “our” throughout these Rewards Terms. We may refer to the program participant as “you”, “your”, “buyer”, “client”, “member”, or “customer”.

By using the Website, creating an account, and participating in the BVO Rewards Program, you accept these Rewards Terms. These Rewards Terms form an addendum to the Website’s general Terms & Conditions (“Terms”).

1. Program Membership and Eligibility

The BVO Rewards Program is open only to individuals who are 18 years of age or older at the time of registration, reside in a jurisdiction permitting such participation, and do not represent a company or other legal entity.

Creating an account on the Website automatically enrolls you in the BVO Rewards Program. By enrolling, you confirm that you meet the eligibility requirements and agree to abide by these Rewards Terms.

You may request removal from the BVO Rewards Program at any time. Removal becomes effective within 24–48 hours. Upon removal, all accumulated BVO Reward Points are forfeited.

Membership and benefits are offered at the sole discretion of By Valenti. We reserve the right to cancel, terminate, suspend, limit, or modify the BVO Rewards Program or any of its components at any time, without notice. Continued participation after any modification constitutes acceptance of the amended Rewards Terms.

The BVO Rewards Program allows members to earn points (“BVO Reward Points”) that may be redeemed exclusively online at the Website for reward credits applied toward future purchases.

2. Account Limitations

Only one BVO Rewards Program account may be associated with a single email address and physical address. Creating multiple accounts with alternate email addresses linked to the same physical address is prohibited and may result in termination of all related accounts and forfeiture of accumulated points.

Any attempt to earn points through improper means—including, but not limited to, automation, bots, scripts, data mining, falsified identities, or impersonation of By Valenti personnel—may result in suspension or termination of your membership. Upon termination for any reason, all accumulated BVO Reward Points are forfeited.

Members may view their current point balance by logging in to their account on the Website.

3. Minimum Order Amount & Point Tiers

Minimum order amounts apply when redeeming points for reward credits:

500 points equals $10 off; a minimum order of $50 applies (Radiance Level)
1,000 points equals $25 off; a minimum order of $100 applies (Luminous Level)
2,000 points equals $60 off; a minimum order of $200 applies (Elite Level)

4. Reward Points

BVO Reward Points do not expire while the BVO Rewards Program is active and your account remains open. Points are forfeited if your account is closed or terminated; any points accumulated prior to closing or termination cannot be reinstated, transferred, refunded, or redeemed for cash.

Reward Points are not valid toward sales tax or shipping charges.
Reward Points cannot be reused, transferred to another account, added to gift cards, or exchanged for cash value.
Points earned on an order are deducted if that order is returned or refunded.
If an order paid with a reward credit is returned or cancelled, the reward credit is reissued back to your account.
Reward Points and Reward Credits may be combined with free shipping and with any complimentary gift automatically offered during checkout.
Reward Points and Reward Credits cannot be combined with other promotional discounts we may provide or with VIP Primarius benefits. BVO Rewards Program and VIP Primarius Membership operate independently and cannot be stacked.

Additional Reward Points may be offered through promotional events, including double-points promotions and other campaigns ("Reward Offers").

Reward Points have no cash value and may only be earned and redeemed online through the Website.

5. How to Earn BVO Reward Points

You earn 1 BVO Reward Point for every $1 spent on eligible purchases made at the Website. Points are awarded on the product amount actually paid, after discounts and reward credits, excluding taxes and shipping.

Referral points are awarded after the referred friend’s first qualifying order of $50 or more. Self-referrals and referrals between accounts sharing an email or physical address are not eligible.

Review points are awarded for any genuine product review, regardless of rating.

6. How to Redeem BVO Reward Points

BVO Reward Points may be redeemed exclusively online at the Website as reward credits (discounts).

Reward Credits may only be applied to future purchases made online at the Website. They cannot be transferred, refunded, combined with gift cards, exchanged, or redeemed for cash.

Reward Credits are not valid toward sales tax or shipping charges.
Reward Credits may be used together with free shipping and complimentary gifts available at checkout.
Reward Credits cannot be used with VIP Primarius benefits.
Reward Credits cannot be combined with other promotional discounts we may offer from time to time.
If an order paid with a reward credit is returned or cancelled, the reward credit is reissued to your account.

7. Limitation of Liability and Indemnification

By Valenti, its affiliates, and their officers, directors, employees, and agents (“Third Parties”) make no express or implied warranties related to the BVO Rewards Program, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

By participating in the BVO Rewards Program, you agree to indemnify, release, and hold harmless the Third Parties from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, or expenses—including attorney’s fees—arising out of or related to your participation in the program.

These Rewards Terms may be updated periodically. The date of the most recent revision appears at the top of the document. Continued participation after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
