Returns & Refunds Policy

Return Policy

We offer a 14-day return policy on most orders, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Products that are part of a subscription cannot be returned — no exceptions.

Return Eligibility:

  • Items must be unopened, unused, unworn, sealed, with tags, and in their original packaging.
  • Used, opened, or damaged items will not be accepted and refunds will not be granted.
  • Returns and exchanges are accepted only for orders within the Continental U.S.
  • Only products purchased directly from us are eligible for return. If you purchased through a retailer, please contact them directly.

Shipping Costs:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Offers are subject to adjustment due to returns, cancellations, or exchanges.

Restocking Fee:

  • A restocking fee applies to all returned merchandise and will be deducted from your store credit. The restocking fee is 15% of the product price, with a minimum charge of $7.50 per return. This means that if 15% of the item’s price is less than $7.50, the $7.50 minimum will apply.
  • $9.95 flat rate return shipping label applies and will be deducted from the final refund.

Refund Method:

  • All approved refunds will be issued as store credit only. Refunds to the original payment method will not be provided.
  • Note for EU & EEA customers: The store credit refund method applies to customers located outside the European Union and European Economic Area. EU/EEA customers are entitled to reimbursement via their original payment method, as required by EU consumer law.

How to Start a Return:

  • If your return is accepted, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions.
  • Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Gift cards
  • E-gift certificates
  • Daily deal vouchers (e.g., Groupon)
  • Samples
  • Used or opened products
  • Sale items
  • Limited edition products
  • Individual products sold as part of a set
  • Subscription products
  • Personal care or beauty products that have been opened or used (sanitary reasons)


Additional Return Policy Protections

  • All returns are subject to condition and verification upon receipt. Items that fail the inspection will not qualify for a refund or store credit.
  • Repeated return abuse may result in the suspension or revocation of return privileges at our sole discretion.
  • Proof of delivery constitutes fulfillment of the order. Once a delivery confirmation is received, we are not responsible for any claims of non-receipt.
  • Signature confirmation may be required for high-value orders.


Exceptions

EU & EEA Customers — Right of Withdrawal Customers located in the European Union or European Economic Area have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order, without giving any reason. This right applies regardless of any "final sale" or "international orders are final" language elsewhere in this policy — your statutory rights under EU consumer law are not affected by those terms.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, notify us at [email protected] within 14 days of delivery. You are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Exceptions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to opened personal care or cosmetic products that have been unsealed after delivery (for hygiene reasons), per Article 16(e) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

For international orders outside the EU & EEA., cancellation is permitted within 3 days of placing the order. After this period, orders cannot be cancelled, and returns are not accepted.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and CONTACT US immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will evaluate the issue and arrange a suitable solution.


Exchanges

To exchange an item, please follow the return process. Once the return is accepted, you may place a separate order for the new item.

Returned items must meet all sanitary and condition requirements to qualify.
